The Norfolk Community Transport Association (NCTA), in partnership with the Community Transport Association UK and Norfolk County Council, wish to recruit a coordinator to support the development of NCTA. - a new social enterprise bringing together all voluntary and community transport schemes in Norfolk. NCTA aims to be a collective voice for community transport providers, champion the sector and increase the role of community transport within the public transport network
The NCTA Coordinator will be responsible for working with voluntary and community transport schemes to develop and deliver improvements, promoting learning and best practice, and assist in raising awareness of the NCTA and strengthening the role of community transport in Norfolk.
The job requires an enthusiastic individual with an ability to work independently, excellent communication skills and a good local knowledge and understanding of the needs and aspirations of the voluntary sector.
NCTA is a fledgling social enterprise, so this is real opportunity for a passionate individual to leave their mark and influence the development of the organisation and the impact it can make in Norfolk.
