Learning Needs Assessment

In times of austerity and funding-cuts, when organisations are forced to operate with heightened prudence, training is often an area that disproportionally suffers. Arguably, the immediate and short-term impacts deem this method effective.

But are training cuts a justifiable saving in reality?

Evolution is fundamental to the success of any organisation; markets, legislation and clients’ requirements are continuously changing. In order to survive organisations must ensure their staff remain au fait with the latest developments. Evolution is impossible without staff having the ability to identify and address changes in their environment. Stagnant staff with low morale can result in the use of inefficient and inaccurate systems and processes, risking organisational reputations which may have taken decades to establish.

Remember, in the long-term training is not a drain on financial resources but a way to invest in your staff and organisation.
